Veloria Hair — Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love Veloria Hair. For hygiene and product safety, please review our return policy before ordering.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Unused, unopened products in their original packaging are eligible for return.
- Products that have been lightly used (for example, to test product performance or suitability) may also be eligible for return, provided the customer submits clear video evidence showing the unboxing process, the light use of the product, and its current condition. Returns without valid video evidence of light use will not be accepted.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
- Products that are heavily used, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return or refund.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@veloria.hair within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos or video of the product and packaging.
After review, Veloria Hair may provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our return policy.
Lost Packages
Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist with a carrier investigation. Replacement or refund decisions will be made based on the carrier’s investigation.

Please perform a patch test and follow all product instructions before use. Veloria Hair is not responsible for reactions resulting from improper use, failure to follow instructions, or individual sensitivity.
Veloria Hair reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
